Mercury is a very real problem with fish oil nowadays. Good to see an article that highlights the dangers.

We can get all the benefits of fish oils from the source (algae) without the toxic metals and creating further harm to the devastated marine environment, Animal protein also has a slew of problems including carcinogens and zero fiber, high in fats and low in energy producing carbohydrates. Therefore it would be much better for us and our home to totally eliminate the unnecessary killing and consuming of ALL animal products, including marine animals.
