Querido DiálogoEcológico: ¿Qué se está haciendo para actualizar y reformar la Ley de Control de Sustancias Tóxicas de 1976, que comprendo está considerablemente caduca y permite realmente el uso de miles de sustancias químicas que nunca han sido probados adecuadamente por su seguridad?

Querido DiálogoEcológico: Vi un anuncio de televisión para un tipo de papel higiénico que no tenía ningún núcleo de cartón para ahorrar papel. Entiendo que los grupos ecologistas concluyeron recientemente un convenio con Kimberly-Clark para proteger los bosques orientales de EEUU y parar el talaje por, entre otras cosas, papel de lavabo. ¿Me pueden decir si se está haciendo un esfuerzo similar para proteger los bosques boreales de Canadá, también utilizados desde hace tiempo para fabricar papel de sanitario?
