    The options are now beginning to get better for weight, durability, surface temp and clean up…..heat is erosive, so pick your tools with care…..

    I agree that Teflon-based cookware is dangerous. But I’d recommend switching to ceramic-based cookware or food-grade stainless steel instead. Although it requires a bit of getting used to – a slightly different way of cooking – both of these save time and energy in the short and long run. And they provide healthier cooking alternatives.

    The 2 brands I recommend are 360 Cookware and Xtrema cookware. Both brands are made in the US and are extremely long lasting if cared for properly.
