- Eligibility: E-The Environmental
Magazine‘s To The Arctic Giveaway Entry Form (the “contest”)
is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years
or older. Entrants must have a valid e-mail address and a deliverable
street address. Employees of Employees of E-The Environmental
well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children)
and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject

- Agreement to official rules: Participation in the contest constitutes
entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of
these Official Rules.
- Sponsor: The contest is sponsored by E-The Environmental Magazine.
- Time period: Deadline for entry is April 25th, 2013 at midnight
ET. Winners will be randomly drawn on Wednesday, May 1st, 2013. Entries
received after this deadline will be void.

- Prizes: Twenty (20) winners will receive one (1) copy of To The Arctic on DVD.
- Notification of potential winners: Entrants who are notified that
their entry was selected in the random drawing are Potential Winners.
Potential Winners will be notified via email within two (2) days
of the drawing. If a Potential Winner cannot be contacted within
two (2) days after the first attempt to contact him/her, an alternate
entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among the
eligible entries received. Return of any notification or prize as
undeliverable will result in disqualification.
- General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend
and/or modify the contest if any fraud, virus, or other technical
problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of
the contest, as determined by Sponser in its sole discretion. In
such event, sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random
from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Sponsor reserves the right in their sole discretion to disqualify
any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or
the operation of the contest or to be acting in violation of these
Official Rules. In the event of a dispute as to an online entry,
the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter
will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder”
is the natural person assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet
access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible
for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the

and subsidiaries will have no liability whatsoever, and will be
held harmless by Winner, for any liability for injuries, losses

- Limitations of liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect
or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing
errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with
or utilized in the contest, or by any technical or human error which
may occur in the processing of submissions in the contest. Sponsor
does not assume responsibility for any error, omission, interruption,
deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications
line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, or
alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems
or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer
on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software
or failure of an e-mail on account of technical problems or traffic
congestion on the Internet, including injury or damage to entrant’s
or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating
in the contest.
